Nothing is known about Winona's life prior to the outbreak except that she was a patient at the Serenity Falls Institution for the Criminally Insane. She is a kleptomaniac.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Held at the clinic by Nurse Ratched, she follows a daily routine. When Ratched is killed, Winona escapes with the other patients. She hot-wires a bus. She then drives off with the other patients, leaving Doc and 10K behind.
