The Philly Cannibal Compound was the survivor camp of the Philadelphia Cannibal Survivor Group.
Background[]
Nothing is known about what the site was used for prior to the outbreak.
Post-Apocalypse[]
Tobias Campbell and his cannibal crew carved this survivor camp out of the city of Philadelphia. After the events of Black Summer, they turned to cannibalism.
The camp was surrounded by chain link fencing. The gate was protected by zombies bound to the gate to discourage anyone from trying to get in.
A section of the camp contained their butcher shop and "larder", where their living meat source were bound and chopped up. The butcher shop had a wide variety of butchering knives, cleavers and other tools.
Tobias had an open ended tent where the family dining table was located. It was decorated with fine art and antiques in a grotesque parody of a gentleman's parlor.
Also on the grounds were several trailers, used to lure victims in with promises of sex, by Stormy, Moonshade and Cassandra aka Sunshine. And a 50 caliber machine gun mount, manned by Merchant during defense of the camp.
