The Philadelphia Cannibal Survivor Group or "family" was a survivor group featured in "Z Nation", first appearing in Season 1" Episode 2 "Fracking Zombies".

The Philadelphia Cannibal Survivor Group was a group of survivors based in the Upper Darby, PA area. Led by Tobias, this group started out like many others, surviving through resourcefulness and cunning, while retaining some semblance of their humanity and morality. However, during Black Summer Tobias suffered a mental breakdown after his wife became ill and led his "family" down the dark path of victimization and cannibalism. The group also began to rob people by using Stormy, Moonshade, and Cassandra as “lures” who would be fake prostitutes that would rob and knock out men who fell victim. Their Philly Compound had many trailers for that such purpose.
In the events of Philly Feast, the "family" encountered the Westward-Bound Survivor Group after Travis spotted Cassandra with them. Eventually, the Philly group was able to kidnap Addy and propose a trade to get Cassandra back. Cassandra gives herself up to save Addy as the Cannibals had a machine gun that Merchant was gunning. This trade prompted the Westward group to return with a plan to free Cassandra, Doc snuck in pretending to be a man in interest of the fake prostitution the group was offering, with Cassandra’s help they pretend like they were having sex while the others led a horde towards the compound using music provided by Citizen Z. Doc then pretended to be tased so Samuel and Tobias enter, Samuel is shot dead and Tobias is tased unconscious. The rest of the group arm themselves for the oncoming horde and attackers. Bernt jumps out of the way as Warren drives into the Compound rescuing Cassandra and Doc. This ultimately resulted in the utter destruction of the Philly group. With most of the group dying and many with unknown fates.
