Phil was a character and survivor of the initial zombie apocalypse in "Z Nation", first encountered in Season 1 Episode 7 "Welcome to the Fu-Bar".
Post-Apocalypse[]
He works as a barkeeper and owner at the Fu-Bar, sympathetic to Warren's depression. After Phil and Warren talk, Phil is accidentally shot when Forman and others get into a fight with Murphy for trying to steal his car. After Phil died and came back a zombie. He is stabbed in the hand by Roberta Warren when he tries to go after her. Warren then continues to drink and talk to Phil, venting everything that was brought on by Garnett's death. Later, Phil is killed by Warren after he reanimates.
