This Nebraska Small Town is a town featured in Season 1 of Z Nation
History[]
Before the apocalypse this town functioned like any other one with some buisnesses including Kathy Bluhm Proprietors, The Sprague Tavern, and the Street Coup Body Shop.
The group, starved and dehydrated, after heading north from Kansas. They encountered a large “Zunami” as it approached the town and they took shelter in the abandoned buisness of Dr. Phibes Family Mortuary: County Coroner. As they were running from the horde a person is eaten and given mercy by Roberta. They stay in refuge as the large horde as passes, most of the group being severely dehydrated and in pain. Another person named Otis who took refuge says that there must be millions of them and that they are “migrating south for the winter since they don’t like the cold.”
The town is quickly overrun by the Zombie Horde.
He explains that he used to live in North Dakota with a few others when the hordes moved south from a large refugee camp in Alberta after many of them starved. Within minutes however the structure of the morgue begins to be damaged and the zombies eventually break down the doors of the place causing the group to flee. In order to survive the attack the group hides in the mortuary cabinets. With all of them being full Roberta is forced to hide in a body bag that Murphy puts her in. Otis overwhelmed by his claustrophobia freaks out and is instantly devoured by Z’s.
Murphy encounters a house where he saw a flashing light, outside of it a undead man guards the door and when enters he sees a woman named Janet and her daughter. Murphy quickly confiscates many supplies from them as janet pleas for him to look for a man in a red jacket. He sees Cam outside and lets him in the building leaving the family in danger.
The town after the “Zunami” had pass.
Eventually, the horde mostly passes the town and the group is free to leave. Murphy returns to them and brings the group well needed water and supplies.
