Mary is a character featured in "Z Nation", first encountered in Season 1 Episode 6 "Resurrection Z".
Post-Apocalypse
Season 1
"Resurrection Z"
She was a member of Province Town, then she left and became a member of the Resurrection Cult. Along with Patrick and Luke, two other members, pretended to come back to the compound and committed suicide inside the walls of Province Town.
She later reanimated and killed Cutty, a female guard of Province Town.
This results in Province Town being overrun and lost.
Death
She stabbed herself in the stomach and bled to death, she reanimated and attacked the guard at the gate. Allowing Jacob and his followers to come in.
