Addy, Vasquez, and Jacob are searching for antibiotics and enter a Pharmacy and discover this junkie unconcious. The Junkie asks Addy, Vasquez, and Jacob to kill him since he can't cope with his junkie addictions. He used all the antibiotics in the pharmacy and says it wasn't enough for his habits. He begs them to kill him but they say they can't. In his desperation, he grabs a blunt object and chases toward them, and Vasquez shoots him in the head, much to Jacobs horror.
