Luke was a minor character and survivor of the initial zombie apocalypse in Netflix’s original series Black Summer, first encountered in “The Cold”.

Very little is known about Luke's history. According to comments he made in "The Cold", Luke is a military veteran- this is backed up by the fact that he carries dog tags.
he's also terrible driver.
