The CIA Black Site location is unknown.
Background[]
This facility was used by the CIA to torture and control convicted criminals. Some torture measures included the illegal water-boarding methods. Chester either worked there or had some type of connection to the facility as he used it as his base in the apocalypse.
Post Apocalypse[]
The Westward-bound survivor group were directed to the CIA Black Site by Citizen Z to gain much-needed supplies and armaments. Addy and Mack reunite with the gang here after there paths converge. At some point prisoners were brought there for testing and many people died.
The site was home to another survivor named Chester. Citizen Z was in contact with Chester but when the heroes arrived, they found him dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
At the Black Site, the heroes found a new vehicle, supplies and much needed weapons and ammo.
